The American Urological Association’s International Exam is a 150-question, multiple-choice examination. The examination assists in evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the education in a training programme, as well as the performance and progress of individual examinees.
The purpose of the AUA International Exam is to improve the quality of education by providing objective data to faculty and residents. It is not designed to judge competence and may be used as a needs assessment to identify topics for additional instruction.
The results will be released a month after the course to the individuals.
This self assessment is compulsory for all URC residents attendees. Results of this exam will not impact local annual grading.
